How do I continue or change my plan?
Both are managed in the app or on the packages page, with no reinstall needed.
- Inspect state: sign on to the app or open the packages page to see the remaining time and current availability.
- Continue: ensure the next term through the packages page before the current one ends; service continues without interruption.
- Change term: pick a different plan once the current term ends. Paid packages are not prorated mid-term.
- Rates and policies: follow what the purchase page lists. Go over your pick before submitting the order.
